Have you ever visited a world-famous tourist attraction and been blown away by your experience? What about having your expectations fall flat because of pricey entrance fees, or arriving to find it closed? These are all things that determine whether a tourist attraction is one of the best in the world or not. ROL Cruise, the UK’s No.1 cruise specialists, recently took it one step further by conducting a study of the 25 top tourist attractions in the world to determine which would be crowned the best of the best.
Comparing each attractions’ average online rating, entry fee, Instagram hashtag mentions, operating hours and UNESCO status, ROL Cruise was able to reveal that Machu Picchu came out head and shoulders above the rest.
